SimpleCIti Holdings is a Family Office Holding Company with various business lines, ranging from Commercial Real Estate to Speciality Finance to Medical Liens. The Holding Company is launching a to-be-named SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm for Wealth Management.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Advisor to help spearhead our new RIA. The Investment Advisor will be responsible for client engagement and management, providing investment advice and guidance to clients, with a focus on real estate investments and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, investment strategies, and financial products, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on investment decisions and financial planning.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and risk analyses to understand clients' investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial objectives.
  • Drive business operations towards surpassing performance benchmarks for engagement center metrics, including but not limited to opportunity generation, client enrolment, client retention, and customer satisfaction survey scores.
  • Handle incoming calls and assess financial objectives to identify needs and opportunities; offer insightful guidance to inspire proactive steps and facilitate the attainment of the client's individual financial aspirations.
  • Showcase proficiency in the company's financial planning philosophy, product offerings, investment strategies, and all facets of personal financial planning to effectively serve clients and address their individual needs.
  • Proficient in engaging clients via phone and conducting goal-oriented conversations; adept at swiftly and accurately resolving client inquiries and concerns.
  • Recommend investment strategies and products tailored to clients' needs, including real estate investments, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
  • Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios regularly, providing ongoing guidance and recommendations to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' investments.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including investment analysts, financial planners, and portfolio managers, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent level of professional work experience. Prefer degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Planning or related field.
  • Experience as an investment advisor, financial advisor, or similar role, with a proven track record of success in investment management and client service.
  • Understanding of real estate investments, financial markets, and investment products.
  • Series 65 required.
  • CFP and/or CFA would be a nice to have.
  • Orion or Investment RIA Wealth Management software a plus.
