Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A Northlake. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met. You will provide leadership and support to the restaurant team, ensuring that they are properly trained, coached, and motivated to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and management.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, and to make quick and effective decisions.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, and the ability to enforce compliance.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, ensuring that they are properly trained, coached, and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of new team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
