At Fueling Brains, we are currently looking to hire a BCaBA who will observe, evaluate, and treat children with emotional or behavioral conditions and disorders such as depression, anxiety, addiction, autism, ADHD, OCD, etc.

Furthermore, the BCaBA will develop and implement treatment plans, maintain progress reports, and provide support to the children.


The successful candidate will be patient, compassionate, and have great communication skills. The BCaBA will also have excellent stress management and problem-solving skills.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Observing and assessing the children under treatment.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans to address behavioral issues.
  • Supporting the children throughout the treatment process.
  • Communicating with patients' teachers, caregivers, and families to implement treatment plans.
  • Monitoring and recording treatment progress.
  • Conducting assessments to determine progress and milestones.
  • Maintaining children's medical records and treatment reports.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare specialists and support organizations.


What You Bring (Preferred Skills and Qualifications)

  • Degree in mental health, psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in working directly with children with special needs.
  • Strong working knowledge of behavioral theory and applied behavior analysis.
  • Understanding of the characteristics and behaviors associated with disorders.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle intense emotional situations.
  • Ability to apply behavioral principles.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent stress management skills.
