At AWS, you'll play a crucial role in empowering clients with high-quality behavioral health services. This is more than a job; it's a chance to transform lives, including your own.

As a BHH Care Coordinator, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy and flexibility in managing your workload. You will coordinate and provide comprehensive care that integrates both physical and mental health, working closely with clients to understand and address their behavioral health needs, physical health needs, and other psychosocial factors. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team that prioritizes your well-being and professional development, all while making a tangible impact on the health and well-being of our neighbors in need.

Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based incentives and bonuses, ensuring you are fairly rewarded for your dedication and hard work.

Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of balancing professional and personal life. AWS offers flexible scheduling, generous paid time off, and mental health initiatives like our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We support your well-being and ensure that you have the resources you need to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Respect and Open Communication: We listen to our employees and value their input, ensuring open communication during the hiring process and throughout your career. As a close-knit agency, every employee's voice is heard, and your contributions are valued. We believe in creating a respectful environment where your happiness and satisfaction are priorities.

Professional Growth: Take advantage of ongoing training and professional development opportunities to advance your career. Clinical supervision is available for LMSW-cc and current MSW students, and in-house training is provided to meet certification requirements.
