Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseProven experience as a recruiter or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
