Deliverable Activity

Expertise in automation and test bench data processing. Development and support of calibration tools

Deliverable Description

  • Support dynamometer systems
  • Development/Modify HMI code as required.
  • Development/Modify PLC code as required.
  • Support equipment integration into test cells
  • Support instrument calibration for test cells, dynamometers, and general feedback devices.
  • Develop repair and calibration procedures
  • Create/Modify drawings as needed
  • Develop electronic circuits as required to interface devices to equipment/test cells
  • Tuning of control loops and motor drive systems
  • Provide board level troubleshooting to technicians
  • Provide technical consultation to customers when interfacing vehicles in a test cell environment
  • Develop/recommend modifications to improve equipment reliability
