Key Responsibilities:

 

As an Experienced Security Agent at Charlie Mike Protective Services, you will:

  • Work various security details such as: Hostile Terminations, Workplace Violence, Asset Recovery/Delivery, Close Protection and more.
  • Incident Reporting: Document all security-related incidents, accidents, or observations promptly and accurately. Complete incident reports, maintain a detailed record of events and provide necessary information to supervisors and law enforcement as required.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, visitors, and employees. Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and address concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Interact professional with the Client and POC.
  • Enforce/Follow company policies and procedures

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid Denver and/or Colorado Springs armed guard license.
  • Reliable Transportation
  • A valid Driver's License
  • A valid Colorado CCW
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional security or law enforcement training is a plus).
  • 5 years of experience in security operations, armed security, military combat, military police, or law enforcement.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response tactics.
  • Exceptional judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Physical fitness for demanding tasks and agility.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
  • Strong attention to Details
  • Must have good spoken and written English.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends (if necessary).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.
