Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits LLC is a well-established, 12-year-old company specializing in luxurious fine art portrait photography. Currently, we have five fully operational studios (three in Florida, one in Connecticut, and now one in Texas). We are currently seeking a Digital Portrait Editor/ backup Photographer to join our team who is experienced with both Digital Editing (Lightroom & Photoshop) as well as *some* Portrait Photography at our Austin, TX location.
At Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits, we genuinely pride ourselves on capturing timeless moments and creating stunning visual masterpieces for our discerning clients.
Our ideal candidate is a person who is genuinely kind hearted, extremely self-driven, punctual, with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of our luxury experiences
- Edit portraits using our company specific workflow guidelines on MacOS Computers.
- Flexible in working collaboratively with coworkers as well as independently.
- Must have the ability to have constructive conversations to achieve company goals.
- Support photography team as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Minimum High School diploma/GED required.
- Must have a good positive attitude
- Must be coachable by management and peers
- Must have the ability to receive constructive feedback , and utilize the information as a learning opportunity
- High-energy personality and strong emotional intelligence.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to come to work in a well-organized manner.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Pay: $20 - $25/hour (depending on experience)
