As a Remote Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of new initiatives and processes across our restaurant locations. You will collaborate closely with our operations team to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of quality and service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business while working remotely in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the operations team to understand their needs and objectives for implementing new initiatives, systems, or processes.
  • Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and communication strategies, to ensure successful rollouts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including restaurant managers, chefs, front-of-house staff, and IT support, to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Provide training and support to restaurant staff on new processes or technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during implementation.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather feedback from stakeholders to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Serve as a resource and point of contact for restaurant staff, offering guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and ongoing support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in project management, implementation management, or operations management, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, workflows, and best practices, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion, with a focus on driving results and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
