Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPlay a critical role in partnering with a metal and steel manufacture when you become a welder for this local and fast growing company that has been around for more than 100 years in Omaha, NE.What matters most as a welder:
  • Pay of $22-$30 an hour BOE
  • 1st shift 5:00am-1:30pm Monday- Friday
  • Benefits include; medical, dental, and vision, additional benefits such as group accident, critical illness w/ cancer benefits, short-term disability, behavioral health, term life, and identity theft.
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
Your new role as a welder:
  • Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding
  • Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together
  • Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding
  • Sets up equipment and welds parts, using MIG/TIG/Torch welding equipment
  • Assembles parts by bolting and riveting
What you need as a welder:
  • Have 2-5 years of experience with MIG and TIG welding in a fabrication environment
  • Must have aluminum and stainless steel TIG welding experience
  • Blueprint reading a must
  • Welding certification or technical degree a plus
