A day in the life of the Automotive Technician:

  • Install electrical connectors to finish wiring
  • Connect rigid hydraulic lines between pump and cylinder
  • Assemble and install hydraulic pump units
  • Install hydraulic cylinders
  • Assemble and install remote control electronics
  • Modify plastic panels for body and cylinder mounts
  • Operate and troubleshoot hydro/electrical system
  • Use of hand tools up to, including, but not limited too, grinder, body saw, impact drivers, hand drills, band saw
  • Assist other areas as needed
What youll need:

  • Mechanics who have some experience with hydro and/or electrical.
  • Additional relevant experience may include experience with automotive or aviation repair, farm equipment repair, manufacturing repair, etc.
