We offer our employees competitive, performance-based compensation and benefit programs with generous parental leave and flexible paid time off, along with on-going learning opportunities and individualized personal development.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

As the HR Business Partner/Director of HR, you will work with the CHRO to implement a talent strategy that aligns with LEAD’s mission and values and has a direct impact on organization effectiveness and the fulfillment of the employee value proposition. • Your support of Workforce Planning activities, in coordination with the CHRO and Talent Acquisition Manager, will positively impact our ability to hire, engage, and retain top talent and build organization capability and capacity for the future. This includes developing a deep understanding of both LEAD’s talent strategy and workforce and the external labor market. Your experience with talent calibration, workforce metrics, and employee development plans will support the organization growth plans and ensure we hire the right talent at the right time in the right roles.

  • By developing, monitoring, and evolving our HR Policies, Processes, and Practices you will positively impact our ability to effectively support the organization. This includes ensuring the HRIS system is utilized in a way that supports the organization, HR processes and workflows are optimized and effective, and HR policies and practices meet the needs of a growing staff of 400 employees to help them thrive. Your experience with vendor relationships, HR systems, and best practices will be beneficial in leading these efforts.

  • Compensation and Benefit plan design and delivery are important components of the employee value proposition. Your ability to ensure the design, communication, and competitiveness of our compensation and benefit programs will demonstrate our commitment to our employees and their well-being. Your expertise in compensation and benefits administration, vendor management, and compliance will impact the employee experience and our ability to attract and retain talent, as well as support a pay for performance culture.

  • With a commitment to maintaining the LEAD culture, our leaders are expected to Model the Values of practicing discipline, learning and growing, building community, taking ownership, and encouraging others in all they do. This includes demonstrating professional behavior and the ability to adjust and adapt to changing circumstances while balancing individual priorities with the needs of the organization.
