Job DescriptionJob Description```Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through in-depth troubleshooting and repair. You'll work on a variety of production equipment, including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. You'll also troubleshoot and repair facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, air compressors, and water filtration equipment.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, with experience managing people/projects.
  • Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a specific area of plant or machine center.
