Requirements:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Over 5 years of professional experience in full stack software development, including native mobile, web front end, back end, with hands-on coding experience
Experience with consumer-facing apps, e-commerce, and retail shopping
Hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and platforms
Prior experience in:
o Designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform
o Conducting unit tests for code robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Proficiency in bug fixing and enhancing application performance
Working with external data sources and APIs
Familiarity with the agile methodology, specifically Scrum
Continuous exploration, evaluation, and integration of new technologies to optimize development efficiency
Demonstrated software development expertise and Android skills
Ability to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect views
Knowledge of animation and screen transitions
Publication of at least one original Android app
Proficiency with Android SDK, services, and background processing methods
Experience in handling remote data via REST, JSON, Google Cloud Messaging, and HTTP
Familiarity with Google Play services APIs: Maps, Location, and Cloud Messaging
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Proficiency in analyzing memory issues such as memory leaks using tools like DDMS, MAT
In-depth knowledge of the mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Strong grasp of the entire mobile development lifecycle and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient object-oriented code
Experience with Kotlin, Coroutines, MVVM, MVVM Clean, View Models, Repository Design pattern, and other architectural patterns
Experience in orchestrating complex software systems
