We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Center Director to lead and manage our center's daily operations. The Early Childhood Center Director will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for young children and their families. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of early childhood development, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the center, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and curriculum development.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as the center's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to staff to ensure high-quality care and education for children.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and families, including regular communication and involvement in center activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on enrollment, attendance, and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage center resources, including supplies, equipment, and facilities, to ensure safety and quality.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and trends in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role in an early childhood center or preschool.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, early childhood education, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff to provide high-quality care and education for children.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to early childhood education.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
