Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, courteous service with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to 24-hour reactive service calls for troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial equipment.

  • Perform timely repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance on restaurant and convenience store equipment.

  • Manage parts inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate work order documentation.

  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and keep the company vehicle in excellent condition.

  • Must be able to provide On-Call one weekend per month

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.

  • Merry Chef or Turbo Chef oven experience highly preferred.

  • Basic electrical knowledge, including understanding amperage, voltage, and resistance.

  • Ability to read and understand equipment schematics and use a multimeter.

  • Familiarity with basic tools and MS Office.

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

  • Some positions require EPA certification.
