Responsibilities
?
- Meet new business production goals and objectives by prospecting and generating new business through leads, referrals and calls.
- Help with some customer service with the opportunity to cross-sell.
- Daily training and development on insurance products and sales skills.
- Present quotes and educate prospects and customers on their risk and the best insurance policies to protect them.
Requirements
?
- Must be coachable and work on personal development with our training programs to consistently meet goals.
- Work?well with other employees and be?a team player with a positive attitude.
- Driven and goal-oriented?with a sense of urgency.
- Must have a current P&C insurance license and sales experience.
