Job OverviewFreezPak Logistics is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Loaders. The Loader will be responsible for loading and unloading products from trucks, ensuring that all items are handled with care and delivered accurately and efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading:
- Load and unload products from trucks and trailers.
- Ensure items are placed correctly and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management:
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in inventory counts and audits as required.
- Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect products for any damage or discrepancies.
- Report any issues or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.
- Documentation:
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Maintain records of materials moved and handled.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Education and Experience:
