Norm Reeves Automotive Group, a prominent player in the automotive industry with 15 dealerships spanning 3 states and nearly 1700 dedicated employees, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team in Newport Beach, CA.

As an Accountant with our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy of our financial records, with a particular focus on payroll processes including auditing complex pay structures such as commissions. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant college degree, a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic math skills, and a proactive mindset towards process improvement.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough audits, performing manual calculations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to implement necessary changes based on audit findings, thus playing a key role in minimizing financial risks.

This position offers a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
