General Summary – The Campus Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of assigned campus facilities, including living cottages, gym, offices, and common areas. The Campus Housekeeper will work closely with other members of the Facility team to ensure that the campus is a clean and inviting environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Must be 21 years of age or older

Main Responsibilities:

· Provide daily cleaning in the three campus cottages, assisting in creating a homelike environment for the boys served, as well as meeting standards and regulations set for the organization.

· Provide cleaning for gym, offices, and common areas of campus on an assigned schedule.

· Restock supplies in cottages and office spaces

· Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed

· Assist with set-up and clean-up for campus events

Walking, talking, hearing, using hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. Ability to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 pounds. This position requires moderate to intense visual concentration, reading, using a computer and reviewing documents. This position may have contact with MCFS staff, residents, families, and vendors/suppliers requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills and professional demeanor.
