Search Is Over LLC is hiring educator roles for a Pittsburgh client- South Hills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Lead and supervise classroom staff, including assistant teachers and aides
  • Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child’s progress
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
  • Participate in professional development and training sessions

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • Certified in CPR and First Aid
