For Each 1 Reach 1 Mentoring Program Inc & Reach Academy is looking for that special person to share their gift with our private school. We are located 7318 Sunshine Grove Road. Our ideal candidate is someone that is able to lead.

Responsibilities

The Administrator is an instructional leader that is critical to the acceleration of improved student outcomes. The Administrator should have critical knowledge about how to run a school effectively and provide its students with high-quality education and resources. 

They must have a genuine interest, belief, and care for students’ personal and academic success. The Administrator must be committed to professional growth, self-reflection, receptiveness to feedback, practice, and a desire to continuously improve.

Responsible for the day to day success of the school and student outcome.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in education from an accredited college or university.
  • Track record of achieving measurable gains in student achievement resulting from effective leadership.
  • An understanding of budgets·        
  • Affective communication skills. 
  • Approaches their assignment with a personal sense of accountability for the success of the school.
  • Able to accept constructive suggestions.
  • Able to accept change.
