Our team is looking for people who are passionate and excited to help initiate and grow our partnerships. A US Partnership Relations Coordinator provides a broad variety of administrative support services with our partners, working with Upper Management to initiate, monitor, move forward, and complete partner projects.
As a US Partnership Relations Coordinator, you will:
- Be responsible for scheduling, documenting, researching, communicating, and managing specific projects for our various partners.
- Proactively project plan - managing all details throughout a partner project ensuring all action items are accomplished timely and accurately.
- Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables across teams accountable for work, communicate clearly to the team, and provide proper materials/documentation when necessary.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of partner relationships and project progress.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Accountability and flexibility with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-player attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Our position is a Monday - Friday, full time position.
