Job type: Part-Time.
Duties:
    • Oversee user fee collection and manage reservations.
    • Provide prompt service during peak hours and ensure minimal customer wait times.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and security of the gatehouse.
    • Conduct regular park inspections and assist with visitor inquiries.
    • Manage lost and found operations.
Requirements:
    • Must at least be 21 years old.
    • Must be stationed at the gatehouse during duty hours.
    • Both team members are required in the gatehouse during peak times as determined by the lake manager for efficient customer service.
    • Customer waiting times should be minimized.
