Job Title: Showroom Custodian

Job Summary:

As a Showroom Custodian at Priano, you will play a critical role in maintaining the pristine condition of our facilities. This position demands a meticulous and efficient individual who takes pride in their work, ensuring that both the internal and external environments reflect the high standards of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the facility using various cleaning methods and tools.
• Perform extensive cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, and shampooing rugs.
• Managed and maintained the appearance of the showroom and company vehicles.
• Conduct routine and heavy-duty maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Organize and stock custodial closets and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Undertake emergency tasks and routine landscaping as needed.
• Identify and report the necessity for major repairs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong ability to handle physical workload.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Base Salary: $12 - $14 per hour
