Guaranteed Base Pay of $33-37/hr. PLUS Production Bonuses

Expected Earnings of $70-110k Based on Experience

Understanding the importance of providing honest, friendly, and professional automotive repair service as the vast majority of our new customers are referred to the shop by those they currently serve. Their goal is to build lifelong relationships with their customers and provide them with the best and most reliable car repair service available in the automotive industry. The Technician Requirements:

  • Diagnostic experience (3+ years experience)
  • Properly diagnose the customers concern and document, with words and pictures, the intended cure for that concern
  • Perform a vehicle health report on every vehicle, recommending repairs on any broken, damaged, or worn-out components
  • Efficiently perform diagnostics / repairs on vehicles
  • Verify all repairs correct the customers concern
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor about the status of vehicles, required parts, and required labor
  • Treat the customers vehicle with respect.
  • Ensure it leaves the shop in a better state than when it arrived
  • Come to work with a positive attitude
  • Train and develop other technicians
  • Assist other teammates with tasks as needed
