Front Gate Attendant

Our Front Gate Attendants crews are the welcoming committees for our park At Neptune Island we believe that the island oasis experience should start from the moment our guests step onto the property and for them to see that it truly is “our pleasure” to serve them. Front Gate Attendant Crew Members are responsible serving as informational resources, welcoming guests and ensuring park safety procedures at the Front Gate.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answers guests’ questions concerning the park.
• Ensures that all guests receive prompt and courteous attention.
• Maintains clean work stations and performs end of shift cleaning duties.
• Ensures accurate recording of all ticket options to confirm an accurate records of Guests attendance.
• Monitor entry of all Guests at the front gate ensuring guests are in compliance with park standards which includes: Dress code, unauthorized drinks, food and other items that are not permitted inside of the park.
• Any other duties as assigned by management, supervisors or leads.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time with exposure to direct sunlight, hot temperatures and other inclement weather.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds, or higher with assistance.
• Participate in mandatory in-service training throughout the season.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
