Ranew's Companies is seeking an Engineering Intern to join our team in Thomaston, GA. The Engineering Intern is responsible for data entry, setup and use of ERP system, understanding customer supplied drawings, and creating quotes.

Location: Thomaston, GA
Salary: $19 - $21 / hour (starting pay is based on experience)
Job Type: Internship

Engineering Intern Responsibilities:
  • Clear understanding of materials used.
  • Improved rack & hook designs.
  • Clear understanding of machines' capabilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suites.
  • Clear understanding of drawings/blueprints.
  • Data entry
  • Quoting software-Paperless parts
  • ERP-Dynamics
  • Sand Bed tooling & efficacy improvements
Engineering Intern Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in SolidWorks.
  • Basic knowledge of computer functions, including the ability to use multiple computer systems and programs.
  • Associates in Engineering preferred.
