Full-Time Family Assistant for Busy Household – $62,400

Are you an organized, energetic, and caring individual who thrives in a family-focused environment? We're looking for a Family Assistant to join a fun and busy household with 4 children (ages 3, 10, 15, and 16) and a friendly dog. Ideal candidate is a confident driver, loves working with kids of all ages, and has a knack for keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport the children to and from activities, ensuring everyone stays on schedule.
  • Assist with homework and encourage learning in fun, engaging ways.
  • Organize the household: laundry, grocery shopping, and preparing for the next day's activities.
  • Help with the evening routine, including dinner prep and family time.
  • Build strong bonds with the children, especially the teenagers, offering guidance and support as they navigate school, sports, and social activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, engaging individual who loves working with children across different age groups.
  • A team player who can adapt to the family's needs and help create a smooth, enjoyable household.
  • Experience working with teenagers is a big plus We need someone who can connect with older kids
  • Pet-friendly, as the family has a dog.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay: $30 per hour
  • A guaranteed schedule: Monday-Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM with set hours each week.
  • Generous benefits, including 2 weeks of paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, and paid holidays.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record (a work vehicle can be provided).
  • Experience in nannying or family assistant roles, ideally with multiple children.
  • Ability to provide professional references.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Proof of legal right to work in the United States.
