Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFII USA, Inc, a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to that will assist in tracking inventories and initiate loss claims with third parties. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Supply Chain Department in a warehouse environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The Supply Chain Intern will assist in supply chain issues, managing inventories based on company’s supply & demand needs, and assist the Supply Chain Department as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing 3PL Warehouse Inventory to ensure continuous supply 
  • Participate in processing and approve invoices; both internal and external
  • Communicate with third parties to resolve shipment discrepancies
  • Manage damage/loss claim with responsible party for timely closure  
  • Assist in auditing warehouse, freight, and custom invoices 
  • Reconcile Inventory and maintain inventory system daily 
  • Participate in communications between engineering, sales, and customer 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency is MS Excel is required.
  • Must be action/results oriented, hands-on, self-motivated, detail oriented and organized.
