CARJON Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and technical experience as an installation technician.
Compensation: Pay: $26.50 - $41.50/hourly - depending on experience
Benefits: Medical Insurance (70% company paid - Family Options available), Dental and Vision Insurance, 10 Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO), Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), 401k with company match after 1 year.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Mid-career HVAC Experience (3+ years)
- Experience with systems of 1-20 Tons
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great communication skills
- PJ2 and/or RJ2 required
- Experience in a variety of system types including, but not limited to:
- Gas and Propane systems
- Variable speed equipment
- Air handlers
- Forced air systems
