Job Description

  • Interface with FAE’s or customer directly to provide failure analysis in support.
  • Participate in validation activities to demonstrate product performance and capability.
  • Development and validate evaluation board and related layout PCB.
  • Validate new IC design at board level, write IC test report.
  • Write product datasheet, application notes, user manual and other documents.
  • Setup lab test platform with different instruments with the testability analysis
  • Support product development life cycle from conception to production release. This involves interfacing with multiple functional teams including Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other engineering groups.
  • Develop and execute Production and Characterization test plans and specifications.
  • Design and debug hardware and software for lab validation and qualification purposes.
  • Perform bench testing to measure various device parameters in the lab for design verification, characterization, and correlation.
  • Analyze measurement results and correlate the measurements between ATE and bench.
Qualifications

  • BS+12 or MS+8 in Engineering or technical equivalent in Degree (or equivalent) in analog ICs validation.
  • Relevant Hardware/Software experience in design environment.
  • Family with analog and digital circuits.
  • Proficiency with a full complement of lab equipment including network analyzers, oscilloscopes and waveform generators. 
  • Proficiency in Python, C or other programming language.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel.
  • Must possess excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
