Parts Sales/Warehouse

PleasureLand RV Center is the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest with a wide selection of RVs, ice houses, and cargo trailers. We have been ensuring customer satisfaction and helping people select the right RV for their needs since 1971.

Position:

PleasureLand RV Center is currently hiring for a full time, year-round Parts Sales Associate to work out of our Brainerd Surplus Location. This position provides excellent customer service and makes sure that the customers experience at PleasureLand is number one. The Parts Sales work schedule has the following hour expectations: M-S with a day off during the week.

Essential Job Duties:

• Assist customers by satisfying their needs from answering their questions, in person or over the phone, to assisting them at the register.
• Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks in the receiving area, as well as checking in the freight.
• Help keep up with store maintenance such as cleaning the floor, dusting the shelves/products and setting up displays when needed.
• Continue to expand knowledge on parts and the sales process from First Impression to Close for every sale.
• Insure that the inventory is in control and maintain accuracy by completing cycle counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred
• Must be able to ljft 50 – 100 lbs regularly with assistance.
• General sales skills and RV knowledge
• Computer/Internet skills
• Must be self-motivated
• Respectful of co-workers
• Positive attitude and honest
• Goal Oriented
• Must act in a professional manor at all times
• Well organized
• Valid driver’s license
