Key Responsibilities:

• Performing night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of hotel financial records
• Greeting late-night check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the night shift
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Assisting with any other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Self Motivator and Reliable, able to stay focused and proactive during night shifts
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations
