Job Summary:
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Floor Controller/Greeter. This position is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry. As the Floor Controller/Greeter, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers as they visit our dealership in Waterford Twp, Michigan.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $3000 to $4000 per month, paid biweekly. In addition, employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and company discounts on vehicles and services.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or employee for assistance
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist with organizing and arranging vehicles on the showroom floor
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management to ensure efficient and smooth operations
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Attend and participate in company training and meetings as required

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
