At Carewatch of Michigan we are dedicated to delivering high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals with special needs in Kalamazoo. We are looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to join our team and provide personalized care to our clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Help with mobility support and transfers to ensure safety
  • Prepare and serve balanced meals according to dietary needs
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
  • Monitor and report changes in clients health and well-being
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients quality of life
Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in caregiving or home health aide roles preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic attitude
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and work independently
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling
