We are looking for a professional, dependable, and experienced Service Manager Join our team today

Hours: Full Time, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, with on call 

Responsibilities:

Coaching and Technical Oversight

• Job-by-job coaching: Provide real-time guidance to technicians on the job, ensuring they are using proper techniques, adhering to safety protocols, and delivering high-quality service.
• Technical oversight: Maintain a strong understanding of plumbing systems and industry standards to ensure that work is performed safely and in compliance with local codes and regulations.

Team Management and Performance

• Team management: Oversee the performance of plumbing technicians, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and meeting their individual goals.
• KPI management: Monitor and analyze team performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, completed revenue, average ticket, and conversion rate.
• Performance improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.
