Folklore Event Rentals is a really rad rental company looking for a hardworking and self motivated team player to join our warehouse team during our busiest season. This ideal candidate will be organized, quality focused with a keen eye for detail. This position requires a in depth knowledge of our inventory for the purpose of quality control and proper documentation of inventory for events.

At Folklore, we specialize in providing a unique experience to our clients, with distinctive furniture, table wares, props and so much more for event & wedding rentals. Our clients choose us because they are looking for individualized designs – not your standard rentals.

The Load and Unloader is responsible for preparing the delivery team with exceptionally loaded truck for events which requires pulling inventory according to pull tickets, prep inventory (clean, maintain, wrap), and load and secure heavy weight inventory into trucks while maintaining proper documentation.

Additionally, this position will also be responsible for:

  • Unloading trucks according to delivery tickets
  • Proper documentation of missing and/or damaged items immediately after unloading of trucks
  • Clean and restock inventory
  • Pull and prep inventory for Will Call orders (arrivals and returns)
  • Set up of requested furniture for showroom appointments
  • Help maintain a clean, organized and secure facility

Schedule: 8:30 am-5:00 pm
3 Days a week with at-least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.

*Schedule is subject to change based on the event schedule and seasonality

20-24 Hours per week.
