5+ years experience transporting/bus driving students required.

CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsements, valid medical card & clean driving record required.

APEX International Education Partners is seeking safe, reliable, available Full-Time Bus/Shuttle Drivers for our international high school student dormitory located in Derby, Connecticut.

F/T Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30AM-9:30AM & 1PM-4PM (split-shift)

The Bus/Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting dormitory students to various schools Mondays-Fridays during the academic year and summer months. Schools are located in various parts of Connecticut including Waterbury, Fairfield, and West Hartford, Danbury and Hamden. Valid CDL Driver's License required with 5+ years' experience driving/transporting students and clean driving record.

Qualifications

Must be reliable, dependable, and flexible. On-time attendance is required.

Available to work full-time, split-shift: Monday-Friday, early mornings 6:30AM-9:30AM & afternoons 1PM-4PM.

Flexibility to work additional hours, when needed, a plus.

CT State Driver's License (CDL required) with at least 5 years of driving experience as a school bus/shuttle driver (driving/transporting students), current medical card and a clean driving record required. Background Screen, MVR screen & Drug Test required.

Willing and able to drive in all weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to/from home and work required.

Willing and able to help students move in/out of dorm, able to lift 30+lbs, when needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Candidates who live in close proximity to Derby, CT/dormitory preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, M-F 6:30AM-9:30AM & 1PM-4PM ($20/hr-$22/hr, DOE & License/endorsements).

Location: Based out of Derby, CT with routes located throughout Connecticut.
