A Typical Day in the Bistro

We strive to provide the ultimate experience for every guest in our care—whether individual business travelers, friends on an overdue getaway, or families navigating a road trip. Our guests deserve a “yes and”experience:

• Preparing and Serving Ensure everything is beautiful, safe, and appealing throughout the dining room, and behind the bar. You’ll greet guests in the dining area, take food orders and deliver their dining requests. Continually check on guests during dining service to ensure we are delivering on our “yes and” experience Best of all you will have the chance to train on our Starbucks machine and be your very own barista You’ll also use our KAJ Barista Checklist which takes the guesswork out of the details, with ample time to deliver plenty of “yes and” moments to our guests. -
• Helpful, with a Side of Hustle There’s never a dull moment in this role, as you are on your feet and moving most of the time. You’ll log steps and maintain your physical health by actively moving up to eight hours per day and sometimes lifting up to 40 pounds. You and your teammates will consistently support each other to lend a hand as needed to ensure we’re delivering the KAJ experience every day, with every guest.
