Líder del Equipo de Construcción de Riego - Tecnico de Servicio de Riego

  • Resumen: Líder del Equipo de Instalación de Riego instalará nuevos sistemas de riego subterráneo tanto para clientes residenciales como comerciales. La posición requiere experiencia previa en riego y / o experiencia eléctrica. Supervisa la operación eficiente del mantenimiento del sitio mientras opera dentro de las pautas presupuestarias de EMI. Trabaja en cooperación con Diseño de Paisaje / Ventas, Miembros del Equipo de Riego, Gerente de Operaciones de la División de Paisaje con la calidad y la satisfacción del cliente como máxima prioridad. Comunica y resuelve todos los problemas relacionados con la instalación para garantizar que la instalación cumpla con las especificaciones del diseño. Capaz de mantener y completar adecuadamente el papeleo diario necesario para informar las actividades de servicio a los clientes y EMI. Capaz y dispuesto a comunicarse con los representantes del sitio del cliente cuando sea necesario. La posición puede requerir trabajar fuera de horas y fines de semana para atender a clientes residenciales. Debe estar disponible para trabajar horas extendidas, fines de semana y durante las inclemencias del tiempo.

Los deberes y responsabilidades incluyen lo siguiente. Se pueden asignar otras funciones.

  • Capacita a los miembros de la tripulación para operar correctamente y de manera segura todos los equipos. *
  • Coordine y priorice el horario de trabajo diario con Project Manager. *
  • Obtiene la documentación pertinente y los archivos de trabajo antes de comenzar cualquier trabajo nuevo. *
  • Complete todo el papeleo diario, es decir, hojas de tiempo, tickets de T&M, informes de campo, informes de accidentes y cualquier otro papeleo aplicable. *
  • Mantiene el inventario de herramientas y coordina los daños del equipo con el Gerente de Proyecto. *
  • Mantiene todo el equipo asignado a su tripulación, que incluye engrase, limpieza de chequeos de fluidos y monitoreo de las necesidades de mantenimiento preventivo. *
  • Lleva a cabo todas las reuniones de seguridad en el portón trasero según lo prescrito por el Gerente de Seguridad. *
  • Hace cumplir y apoya todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa en todo momento. *
  • Ayuda al Gerente de Proyecto a identificar ventas adicionales. *
  • Supervisa el control diario de calidad del sitio de trabajo. *
  • Se comunica diariamente con el Gerente de Proyecto. *
  • Prepara y planifica el trabajo del día siguiente.
  • Evalúa a los miembros de la tripulación y certifica las tareas individuales de entrenamiento. *
  • Gestiona y delega responsabilidades. *
  • Completa la reparación básica del equipo cuando es necesario. *

Calificaciones:

Para realizar este trabajo con éxito, un individuo debe ser capaz de realizar cada tarea esencial satisfactoriamente. Los requisitos enumerados a continuación son representativos del conocimiento, la habilidad y / o la habilidad requerida. Educación/Experiencia:

Diploma de escuela secundaria o título de educación general (GED); y al menos 6 a 8 años de experiencia y/o capacitación relacionada; o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.

Capacidad lingüística:

Capacidad para leer, analizar e interpretar publicaciones periódicas comerciales generales, revistas profesionales, procedimientos técnicos o regulaciones gubernamentales. Capacidad para escribir informes, correspondencia comercial y manuales de procedimientos. Capacidad para presentar información de manera efectiva y responder a preguntas de grupos de gerentes, clientes, clientes y público en general.

Habilidad matemática:

Capacidad para calcular cifras y montos como descuentos, intereses, proporciones, porcentajes, área, circunferencia y volumen. Capacidad para aplicar conceptos de álgebra básica y geometría.

Capacidad de razonamiento:

Capacidad para resolver problemas prácticos y tratar con una variedad de variables concretas en situaciones donde solo existe una estandarización limitada. Capacidad para interpretar una variedad de instrucciones proporcionadas en forma escrita, oral, diagrama o horario.

Certificados y licencias:

Debe estar certificado por CLT / CLIA (o en proceso de obtener certificaciones)

Certificación OSHAA 30hr

Licenciatura en Horticultura o Asociado en diseño de paisajismo / riego o gestión de la construcción una ventaja

Responsabilidades de supervisión:

Supervisa directamente entre 1-3 empleados dependiendo de la magnitud del trabajo.
