M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to support our Field Superintendent and assist with general field operations at our Indianapolis location. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth project execution by performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the success of our remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Field Superintendent: Assist the Field Superintendent with day-to-day operations, including running permits, picking up materials, and ensuring timely delivery to job sites.
  • Job Site Visits: Travel to various job sites to take photographs, complete required paperwork, and provide support as needed.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and concerns on-site, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of job site activities, including material usage, project progress, and any issues encountered.
  • Material Management: Assist in the organization and inventory of materials, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for each project.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the Field Superintendent to support project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites and pick up materials as needed.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to walk on residential roofs, lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
