Job description
YMP Real Estate Management is looking for friendly, professional and enthusiastic individuals to join our Gate Attendant's team.
What you will be doing:
- Greeting property residents, guests, and vendors as they pass through the gate.
- Identifying personal IDs.
- Providing assistance to property residents and guests.
- Offering outstanding customer service.
- Assist residents and guests by providing clear and thorough directions.
- Maintain the gatehouse clean and well maintained, inside and out.
- Maintain steady traffic flow through the gate.
- Greet and make eye contact with passing of residents and guests.
- Stand in a posted position presenting a polite, professional image, awaiting residents/guest requests.
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Addressing residents and guests' needs and maintaining positive relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Ensuring that residents and guests' requests are addressed in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Other Job duties assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- Creole Speaker is strongly desired.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who enjoys working outdoors
- Someone who does not mind standing for long periods of time
- Successfully passing Background Check.
