TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Take daily inventory of bakery products and determine daily quantities needed

2) Adheres to all Houchens and or recipes and formulas

3) Properly wrap, date, label and rotate baked goods according to guidelines

4) Responsible for overall cleanliness of the bake shop including the oven, proofer, mixer, scales, bread racks, sinks, floors and walls

5) Maintains professional team member image, including cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards

6) Must be able to work any station when needed. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, repetitive hand and wrist motions, and lifting products the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds

8) Light paperwork including monitoring daily waste logs and prep sheets

9) Work with hot ovens preparing baked goods
