Registered Nurse

(School Nurse)

Overview: Monday-Friday, 8AM – 3:30PM for the 2024/2025 School Year

Compensation: $35-$38/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accompany child to school providing all medical care outlined in the established Plan of Care.
  • Provide a medically safe environment for learning and peer interaction.
  • Follow behavioral plan, as needed.
  • Work with other school staff, therapists, & teachers to follow daily schedules and transition from one activity to another.
  • Assess and document patient conditions and report changes, as needed.
  • Accompany child on outings or bus rides, as required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program and active RN License in PA.
  • Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aide Certification.
  • Valid state issued, Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel.
