- Customer Service Excellence: Provide world-class customer service to all Fort Athletic Club members, ensuring a positive and rewarding experience for every client. Build strong relationships with members, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Revenue Generation: Drive Personal Training revenue by promoting the benefits of personalized training services and actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing and prospective clients.
- Client Retention: Maintain and retain clients who enroll in the Training Program by delivering exceptional results, providing ongoing support and motivation, and building a strong rapport with each client.
- Exercise Safety: Service members on the floor to ensure exercise safety, proper form, and technique. Offer guidance and assistance as needed to prevent injury and maximize effectiveness.
