Inside Sales

Summary – This Inside Sales / Application Engineer will work with the outside sales team and customer to assemble and submit quotations.

• Complete quotations for customer based on information provided.
• Communicate with customer / outside salesman to understand the requirements and submit an accurate quote.
• Process and acknowledge order to customer.
• Enter and track customer quotations in CRM.
• Work with manufacturer / suppliers to fulfill customer orders.
• Know status of order and keep customer updated.
• Follow-up on open quotations and work to close
• Continued education on products to enhance knowledge base and capabilities.
• Understands Sense of Urgency

• Experience in role / industry a positive but not necessary; will train the right candidate.
• Strong technical solution and developmental skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and designs clearly.
