Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Works behind the scenes, maintaining and cleaning the hotel
  • Assures the highest possible level of guest satisfaction for the cleanliness including, but not limited to:
    • all guest areas
    • public areas of the hotel hallways
    • lobbies
    • lounges
    • restrooms in hotel
    • elevators
    • stairways
    • floors and doorways
  • Assist housekeepers when needed
  • Properly disposing trash to designated area
  • Responds to guest room calls, helping provide a high level of guest service
  • Sorting, stocking and counting linen
  • Performs other duties as assigned
