This is not a remote position

Some responsibilities include:

  • Assemble all employee files
  • Background Checks run on all new staff
  • Add all new staff to Rethink (our data collection system)
  • Adding all new staff to Clearcare for payroll
  • Register new hires for orientation and lead the way for fast tracking
  • Sending all credentialing to CMH’s as needed, and requesting EMR access as needed per staff
  • Input all unbillable/drive time from all staff timesheets into ClearCare for payroll
  • Input staff vacations on PTO calendar
  • Audits as needed

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of administrative experience
  • High school degree or above
  • Growth/Abundance Mentality Required.
  • High Degree of Organizational Skills.
  • Motivated by connections with people.
  • Training provided.
  • Ability to work independently
