Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The LVN will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of individuals in our care.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care and support to patients under the direction of registered nurses and medical staff.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Conduct health assessments, screenings, and documentation of patient medical histories.
  • Monitor and assess the health status of patients, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records in accordance with established protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of nursing practice.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
  • Proficiency in medication administration, nursing assessments, and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • CPR certification (BLS) required.
